Oswaldo Ramirez Most Wanted for Murder by Richmond Police

SUFFOLK VA NEWS -- Oswaldo Ramirez is most wanted by Richmond Police in Virginia after he was charged in the first-degree murder of 43-year-old Leoncio Deleon. Richmond Police Department is conducting an ongoing investigation into the homicide, which occurred in the 4600 block of Southwood Parkway at approximately 2:00 a.m. on January 24, 2010.

That investigation has led police to believe that Deleon was fatally stabbed by Ramirez after an altercation in the apartment located in South Richmond. Furthermore, the victim was alive when officers arrived on the scene, but later died at Virginia Commonwealth University Medical Center.

Since the January 24, 2010 stabbing, Ramirez has been unable to be located. Even though he may still be in Richmond area, Ramirez may have possibly headed south into Hampton Roads or North Carolina, for assistance before moving toward Mexico.
