Most Wanted for MurderFebruary 22, 2010 VA FUGITIVE NEWS -- In Bath County, Virginia, a former employee of The Homestead Resort, Beacher Ferrel Hackney, is believed to have entered the kitchen of the company and shot two of his co-workers on March 21, 2009. He then fled the establishment on foot. Meanwhile, Virginia State Police have not been able to apprehend Hackney since the shooting occurred. Hackney is currently charged with capital murder and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony in the State of Virginia.
